This year the focus of the symposium is on innovative production processes, process optimization and finishing processes in the area of nonwovens development up to the topic of sustainability and recycling, which was already be included in 2023. The European Commission published its strategy for sustainable and circular textiles in 2022, according to which textile products should be both higher quality and appropriately reused or recycled.
Innovative developments in the nonwovens industry will once again be presented this year with various presentations from the areas of industry, operational practice and research and development.
